First Grade Go Math Chapter 10 Graphing!

Hey everybody!  I am finally done with Go Math Chapter 10!  I feel like I have done nothing but think about this unit for what feels like months and months, lol.  There is so much you can do with graphing and I could not turn my ideas off.  So I have a ton of pictures with this post, so sit back and scroll on down! I decided to try and give you guys some differentiated worksheets this time.  I know from experience that odds are you have several different learning styles and levels in your classroom and sometimes it is hard to find one thing that fits them all, so several of these worksheets are leveled at 1, 2, and 3.  I have 1 as struggling students, 2 as just right, and 3 is for your gifted or to challenge your 2's.  I labeled the worksheets in the top right corner. I also went ahead and let you know which worksheets go with which lesson.  Most worksheets will have this at the top, but a few have the lesson number at the bottom. I wanted this packet to be supe

Apple Graphing with First Grade

So this week I am working on graphing!  You can do so much with graphing!  My first thought was a tasting party!  You can make this a quick unit or even use all week!  I had to include a cute writing activity to hang on a bulletin board or impress your colleagues and put these little cuties in the hallways! I will use these cuties at the end of our unit.  There are four friends to choose from.  The students will complete the graphing booklet, which will tell them which "writing buddy" they will hang in the hall.  I'll explain more below.  So the apple graphing booklet will take some prep work on your end ( or some helpful parents ).  I have included a letter to send home for parent involvement and apple donations:)  Day 1 we will talk about graphing and complete the first worksheet.   You will have students taste apple slices.  They will then complete the "My Vote" section on the worksheet.  Students will give the apple slices a star 1 =
